Sentinel Post Removal Lockdown Sealant 5 Gal

Sentinel's Lockdown Sealant is a post-removal lockdown sealant solution. It is premixed and requires no dilution and is essential for use during the mandatory sealing of asbestos fibers and dust after removal or building demolition. The white version Part #812LS goes on white and dries white. The Clear version  Part #811LS goes on white and dries clear. The translucent white finish provides visual tracing of application coverage. Sentinel lockdown Sealant is NOT a bridging or penetrating encapsulant and should not be used to encapsulate Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM) in place.

• For best results apply with sprayer

• Dry time approx. 1 hour
