Surface Shield Duct Cover Shield
Protect all types of ductwork on your jobsite from construction dust with this adhesive duct protection film. Duct Cover Shield is a duct film for dust containment, will not leave a residue on metal after removal and is highly resistant to punctures. To use, smooth this recyclable film into place, and pull the roll to the opposite side of the HVAC duct. Cut and press film into place.
This self-adhering duct protection film conforms easily to HVAC ducts, is liquid resistant and extremely durable to tears and punctures. Duct Cover Shield also helps to meet SMACNA guidelines for providing temporary closures on open ductwork.
Each roll is 200 feet long and is available in 3 widths- 24-inch, 36 inch and 48 inches.

What is the purpose of Duct Cover Shield?
Duct Cover Shield is used to protect ductwork from drywall dust and other particulates that could damage the system. During construction, installation, or storage before installation, ductwork should be covered to avoid any buildup of dust and other contaminants.
How do I install Duct Cover Shield?
Peel back edge of the duct film and begin to unroll. Beginning at the edge of the duct, press the film down to adhere. Continue rolling onto area, applying pressure and smoothing down the film while you go. Carefully cut end with a sharp edge. To remove, roll up Duct Cover Shield and discard.
Handling and Storage
Store at room temperature. If Duct Cover Shield is stored in extreme conditions over 95° F or below 40° F allow product to return to room temperature prior to use.
